CityForm-India is very pleased to announce that we will be holding two research findings conferences. Both conferences will act as a platform to disseminate and discuss our research findings based on our fieldwork carried out India in 2009. Key CityForm members will discuss CityForm-India's research methodology, both case study areas will be presented and there will be interactive sessions. Each conference will conclude with a panel discussion on next steps and further research chaired by Professor Mike Jenks.
Many members and stakeholders such as UKIERI (UK-India Education Research Initiative) CEPT (Centre for Envrionmental Planning and Technology) NIUA (National Instiutie for Urban Affaires), University of Warwick, Oxford Brookes, Univeristy of Sheffield and SPA (School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi) have already confirmed. Cityform-India: Sustainable Urban Form for Indian Cities Conference
This conference was held at The National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), co-organized by the Oxford Institute for Sustainable Development (OISD). The conference focused on the need to examine sustainable urban form in India.
